- Arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early to fill out your intake paperwork. You can also print it from home and fill it out prior to coming for your first visit - consent & health history form. We are open Tuesdays through Thursdays 1pm - 8pm, and Fridays through Saturdays 10pm - 3pm. Appointments are appreciated (especially evenings and Saturdays) but walk-ins are welcome.
- We ask that you give any amount between $15-$40 for your session. We usually ask clients to give their money prior to starting their session (it helps the flow of the clinic). Cash and check are great; let us know when you come if you need to use a credit or debit card. You can also give online prior to your session here.
- Please wear loose-fitting clothing that rolls up just above the knees and elbows (or bring a change of clothes).
- We are located at 809 Easley Street, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Click here for directions.
- There is a metered parking lot next door to OurSpace. It costs $1/hr to park there (accepts quarters, nickels, and dimes), and we suggest paying for 1.5 hours so you don't feel rushed with your treatment session. You can also pay for parking with a credit card through www.goparknow.com. It is free to park there on Saturdays. There is also street parking on Fenton St., as well as a parking deck approximately two blocks away on Wayne Avenue that accepts credit cards. This is a good place to park if you want to rest with the acupuncture pins for a long as you want, and don't want to worry about your parking meter running out.
- There is a short flight of stairs (about 8), so we are not currently accessible by wheelchair. As OurSpace grows, we hope to ad a ramp for easier access for everyone.
