Back pain is familiar to many of us – especially for anyone who sits at a desk all day. Many people, Westerners in particular, carry stress in their low backs, and few of us have time or energy to counteract the strain we put on our bodies every day.

Using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspectives on what causes back pain and how to treat it, Farris explains the source of the problem and how he goes about helping clients that come to OurSpace feeling, as the old saying goes, “down in their backs.”
